Avast ye mateys! Beware of the stowaways aboard the Schooner Morning Star. I think thar be pyrates!
Aye, lookie thar! It's Pirate Arf of Norway, Pirate Bertrand from the South of France, and Pirate Petey from the Isle of Mann!

Aye, but these crafty cheesers have thought of everything, locatin' the factory amidst shark infested waters!
Well, he's none for the worse for the wear. He's made it back into my Etsy shop and is looking some comfy landlubber's lodgings where he could convalesce until he's ready to sail again!
Has your Little Pirate gone adventuring? Send me a photo and a description, like Jen here, and I'll post it in the blog with a link back to you (if you like).
I'm making Jen some more pirates, these custom made with some leftover upholstery fabric from Trixie the travel trailer. Will post when ready.
Don't forget, ye pirate lubbers - send me yer pirates' travels! Aarrrghhhhhh!
Aye, lookie thar! It's Pirate Arf of Norway, Pirate Bertrand from the South of France, and Pirate Petey from the Isle of Mann!
Looks like they be here to heist all the gold! Well, all the gold colored Tillamook cheese!
"So we're on the ro-oo-oad, travelin' free an' easy, travelin on..."
Poor Robbie - he's been shanghaied!
An old sea dog could work up an appetite. The lads await their morning grub in the galley.
Aarrghhh, thar 'tis, a meal fit for a king!
Eh, what's this?! Pirate Petey's gotten to the grub first. Ye've got to share the food, lad!
I think Arf and Bert were none too happy about this...
But Petey is well satisfied. As the sun rises over the light keeper's house, he's ready to pillage the cheese factory!
The motley crew was caught on camera looking for a way into the factory works.
Petey thinks he can sail right in.
Arf digresses -
dangerously seduced by the siren's beauty...
and yet again seduced by a different kind of dangerous beauty!
"Arf!" barks Petey, "Get yer arse on board, man! We've a cheese factory to pillage!"
And so Pirate Arf rededicates himself to seaworthy transport.
Pirate Bertrand, in the meanwhile, has raised more than a few eyebrows with his vessel of choice.
"What do ye mean, 'She looks a bit of a wreck?' She'll sail, I tell ye!"
And so bravely he sets his course -
looking every bit as carefree and in love as Kate Winslett, that comely wench, as she spread her arms wide at the bow of the Titanic!
Aherm, but enough of the prissy talk!
Bertie finds a more bouyant vessel to commandeer.
Petey sees Bert's Columbia and thinks to take himself a grander vessel as well... No Petey! Not that ship! That's be the Coast Guard, ye scurvy mongrel!
That's it, Petey, steer the course.
The lads finally reach shore and jump into the water to sneak up on the cheese factory.
Alas, one has gotten hold of poor Petey's leg!
Could this be the end for Pirate Pete?!
Well, he's none for the worse for the wear. He's made it back into my Etsy shop and is looking some comfy landlubber's lodgings where he could convalesce until he's ready to sail again!

I met Jen of Just a Little Charm at Art and the Vineyard in Eugene this summer. She became - well - a little addicted to the Little Pirates. She went home with a crew after that event, and had a special shelf built in her travel trailer Trixie, just for the pirates. Take a look:
