Oh no, I'm having a yucky day - I can't even sit up to scan anything so I'm just going to post something I've already uploaded.
Last week (or was it the week before?) I shared my Alice doll and Little Matchstick Girl with my friend Deirdra.
She mentioned that the upholstery fabric I was using reminded her of Marie Antoinette. Hey! I should make a Marie Antoinette doll! she said. She loaned me her Marie Antoinette movie (the one with Kirsten Dunst) - so much eye candy and inspiration!

I decided I needed blue, so off to Goodwill and Scrap I went. Ooh la la! Did I find some charming French bleu!
Without further adieu (ha ha!), here's my doll, in progress.
She's actually more finished than this, but these are all the photos I have for now.
